David leads health and safety, risk, and compliance governance across the organisation. With over 30 years of experience across hospitality, engineering, and regulated environments, he ensures statutory compliance, audit readiness, and embedded safety culture across all operations.
Jeanette leads workforce strategy, recruitment, training, and people governance. With more than 25 years’ experience in complex and regulated environments, she ensures compliant hiring practices, structured onboarding, and sustainable workforce development.
